Ritesh Chodankar
Founder & CEO
Ritesh Chodankar is the man behind CHODANKARS. He has built the business with core knowledge of engineering, professional ethics and clear vision. In the year 1998 he started his company by the name Chodankar engineering, specializing in fabrications and large size contracts followed by Chodankar Enterprises which was built for marketing and financial services and associated with major banks across the country. With over 400 employees till 2008, having offices in Panjim, Margao, Kolhapur, Ratnagiri, Sangli ,Chiplun & Kankavli, Chodankar Enterprises was one of the largest financial Service Provider. In the year 2006 he ventured into real estate business with investments in large size properties, property trading & development which is the core business today. In the year 2008 he started with another company Isha Telecom which was the distributors for SAMSUNG mobiles & later in the year 2009 to Isha Telecom distributing NOKIA which were market leaders at that time. In the year 2010 he started Calm Properties Goa, with the current project, The Acasia Greens. In the year 2011, he also started Morjim Leisure Villa having a land bank of 51 Acres sea view property. In the year 2013 he started with another Real Estate Company, Calm Reality & Hospitality LLP having a commercial & residential project along with a 4 star property. 2017, Ritesh ventured into XPROP which is a Real Estate Tech company that provides a common platform for builders, property agents and individuals for all purposes related to rent & sale of Property in India or overseas. His style of management has always been very inspiring & independent for the team and to the society which has won him various awards & recognitions!
